Any delivery date quoted by RHS Steel Supplies is an estimate only and RHS Steel Supplies will not be held liable financially or otherwise for failure to deliver on or before the quoted date unless RHS Steel Supplies has issued a written guarantee of the delivery date.
The purchaser shall accept and pay for the goods if and when tendered notwithstanding any failure by RHS Steel Supplies to deliver the goods by the quoted date.
